UPDATE - MyDART Trip Planner & Next Bus Crashes on iOS

An update is now available on the Apple App Store that fixes crashes iOS users have experienced using the MyDART app.

A few weeks ago, our mobile app provider released a software patch, which then caused the MyDART app to crash for iPhone users when using the Trip Planner or Next Bus features. To fix the issue, our vendor worked on a major app update for iOS.

We apologize for the challenges this may have caused in the last few weeks.

If you continue to experience this issue, please confirm you have downloaded to most recent version of the app (version 4.095), otherwise report any further issues to Customer Service via email at dart@ridedart.com or by phone at 515-283-8100 opt 0.
