On Call service is provided in Altoona, Bondurant, Clive, the Easter Lake neighborhood, Grimes, Johnston, Urbandale and portions of West Des Moines. On Call service picks up passengers at their location and takes them to destinations within specific zones. Customers may make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance by calling 515-283-8136 during DART service hours.
