TRAC is designed to be the vehicle for riders to make their voices heard. TRAC is involved in suggesting and supporting service improvements as well as providing a forum for DART riders to relay needs and concerns. Most importantly, DART and TRAC work closely together to strengthen and improve communication between DART staff, DART riders and the DART Commission on pertinent issues.
TRAC meets every other month during the second week of the month starting in January 2019.
Committee meetings are held on the second floor of DART Central Station, 620 Cherry Street, Des Moines.
Members of TRAC have the opportunity to represent your community, and provide feedback that helps shape DART’s operations. TRAC members also ride DART’s services free during their membership on the committee.
All applications should be submitted by Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2018.
