DART Collecting Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Representatives of DART and the ETC Institute will be on DART Fixed Route buses beginning Tuesday, September 20 – Saturday, October 1. During this time, they will be collecting Customer Satisfaction Surveys from current DART riders.

These surveys are done once every two years, and assist DART in efforts to provide the best service possible to riders. Please help us continue to improve by filling out a survey on your route.
