16 Outbound: From DCS, 7th (S), Left (E) on MLK, Left (N) on 2nd Ave, left (W) on Watson Powell, Right (N) on 6th Ave, Left (W) on Center, Right (N) on 9th back to route.
Due to Grand Blue Mile Dart buses will be on detour.
