DART’s service goes beyond its regular bus routes. Passengers can use On Call service to travel within their neighborhoods. The shuttle will take them from a location near their home to their workplaces or the nearest bus stop or other destinations.
On Call service is available in Des Moines, Ankeny, Bondurant, Mitchellville, Carlisle, Clive, Granger, Grimes, Polk City, Alleman, Urbandale and West Des Moines.
