TRB Study: How do you want to provide feedback to your transit agency?

The Transportation Research Board (TRB) is sponsoring a study to explore the use of web-based feedback to improve transit service. As part of the study, it is interested in understanding how riders would like to communicate with transit agencies using the Internet.

TRB has set up a community forum so you may submit your ideas, vote on other people's ideas or add comments as part of the discussion. Please go to http://b43.ideascale.com/ to include your ideas for improving agency-rider communication. 

This forum will be active until April 30, 2014, at which time it will be closed to comments, but left open for everyone to view the results. The feedback will also be incorporated into a report that will be published by TRB.
