Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 16, and continuing through the end of the month, an on-board survey team will be asking riders questions about how they use DART services and its performance.
Members of the survey team will be identifiable by blue vests and name badges and will select riders at random. The survey will not be available by request.
Information collected as part of the DART 2014 Customer Service Satisfaction Survey will be used to better serve your needs.
