Carlisle On Call service is available Friday's from
9:00 am to 2:00 pm. There is holiday service.
Trip Requests
If you cannot get to a scheduled DART On Call stop, or if your destination is not close to a stop, you may still be able to use DART On Call by scheduling your trip in advance. These trips are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to the number and type of trips that ensure the bus service is reliable for all customers.
Trips may be scheduled by calling at least 30 minutes in advance and can be made up to
7 days in advance. You may be asked to get on or off the bus at a location that is within a few blocks of your origin or destination. Some locations are not accessible to DART On Call buses
DART On Call buses will meet you at the curb of your pickup location. If you are not at the pickup point, the bus will not wait. Plan to arrive at your stop 5 minutes early.
Messages
If you leave a message requesting an On Call trip, a DART On Call representative will return your call as soon as possible.

All DART On Call vehicles are wheelchair accessible. Adults
must accompany children under 6.

Cancellations
To cancel or change your trip reservation, you must call 283-8100 at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up, or a "no-show" will be recorded. More than 4 no-shows in a calendar month may result in a suspension of your On
Call service.
