Customer Service Window
The Customer Service Window is located in the main waiting area of DART Central Station, 620 Cherry Street, Des Moines. The window is staffed 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Lost and Found
DART maintains a lost-and-found service for its passengers. If you lose an item on the bus, please call 515.283.8100 or visit DART’s Customer Service Window between 6:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Items are kept for 30 days. DART is not responsible for items left on buses, in shelters or on any DART property.
